Incredible brownie pan Nov 05, 2009
Just got this pan today, this a very heavy gauge, durable pan. this is not your typical flimsy non-stick pan that will warp if it gets to hot. I'd recommend this to anyone.

I received this pan as a birthday gift and love it! Every piece has yummy edges and brownies or whatever you are baking are easy to remove with a spatula if sides are sprayed. Also very easy to clean. Only funny think is hard to tell if batter is even throughout, mostly this isnt a problem :) Overall I highly recommend it!

Easy: Buy this pan. I love to cook and bake. This heavier than usual pan makes every single brownie in the pan equally yummy. No "hard spots" around the crust. No gooey chewey center. A huge hit! Highly recommended!

This pan is the best pan EVER! I have made banana chocolate chip bread in it twice. It bakes up beautifully, so evenly, and comes out of the pan easily. It is a little hard to get the batter in the pan evenly without dripping on the "sides" but it is well worth the extra care to do it. I love the edges of a cake/loaf/brownie, but the edges do get dried out and with this pan, you get lots of edge evenly baked and not dried out at all. Best birthday gift ever!

I got this pan for my husband who loves the outer edge of the brownies. For his birthday cake I made turtle brownies and they turned out great. The Carmel got way too hard on the edges but the brownie parts were wonderful. The pan also comes with the perfect sized little spatula so you don't have to worry about scratching the pan with metal one.

It should be noted that your brownie cook time will be less then what is noted in your recipe. I didn't think about that and suffered from overcooked brownies.

This pan is also great for cookie bars, lemon bars and pretty much anything else that has a crusty edge.
