 nice looking and solidly built pot Nov 09, 2009
This pot came with solidly built feel from inside out and it also looks very nice on my stainless steel range. Great product.
Better than Allclad Nov 03, 2009
Excellent cookware, handles are much nicer than Allclad and you will not find better cookware for the price! You will have to adjust your cooking style a bit as these pans heat well and hold their heat, so react quickly and use a lower heat setting than you might typically choose. Also be sure to preheat your pan well and then add your oil immediately followed by your food. If you do make a mess of your pan do not fret as Barkeepers Friend will return your pans to their original beauty!

I bought myself this 1.5 qt saucepan mostly out of a desire to tinker with things like sauce reduction, and figured that a fully clad saucepan would work better than their chef classic line. And while I haven't really tried sauce reduction yet, as far as I can tell it's a great even heater, pretty responsive to temperature changes, but also maintains residual heat for quite a while. My only complaint with it is the poor riveting job I've seen on the ones I've received so far. The first one I returned due to some marker scribbles, but the second and third ones I've received have handle rivets that don't seem to have been riveted all the way in. As a result of not being flush with the inside of the pan, food bits have a tendency to get stuck, which makes cleaning a bit more tedious.

I am going to order another one of these as soon as I get done with this review. This is by far the best quality 1.5 quart pan I have, I have only had it one day but this pan just reeks of quality, I see no problem with it lasting a very very long time!

Highly recommended - surprisingly useful, looks and feels good Oct 06, 2009
After owning and using this saucepan for several months, I felt compelled to write a review so I can praise this great piece of cookware. I've got a random collection of pots and pans from various brands, but I find myself using this thing more than expected. Since it's a 1.5 quart pan, it can only do so much, but for jobs it can handle it performs well.

Nice addition to any kitchen. Highly recommended.
